Drive business-development analysis and strategic initiatives across the platform, connecting customer needs with commercial, product, and operational priorities.
Coordinate bank-partner onboarding and migration workflows, including client pipeline management, KYB/KYC readiness, eChannels, account activation, and escalation of SLA bottlenecks.
Build and maintain pipeline, SLA, and performance trackers that improve visibility into delays, ownership, next actions, and onboarding progress.
Analyze customer usage, GTV, product adoption, retention signals, and expansion opportunities to support account prioritization and revenue decisions.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Product, and external banking stakeholders.

Founded and launched Adwat.ai, an Arabic-first discovery platform for AI tools, built because Arabic speakers had no good way to find and compare what was out there.
Curates and categorises 1,000+ tools, writing the Arabic descriptions and taxonomy so non-technical users can tell what each tool actually does.
Owns product direction, interface design, and the platform build, plus the growth experiments that bring people in and bring them back.

Built and shipped rqq.io — a tool that helps you understand anything quickly by making it fun. Drop a PDF, CSV, or paste text and turn dense material into quick, playful summaries.
Owns end-to-end product direction, design, and growth — an independent startup experiment shipping in the open.
